How to make a booking
Reservations are confirmed once full payment has been taken. Please scroll down to our Payment Policy for more information.
If you wish to modify your reservation, please be aware that there is a £35 modification charge plus any price difference.
If you have made a reservation directly through www.churchillbrighton.com, please call 01273 232003 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and your reservation will be modified, refunded or charged accordingly. You will receive confirmation of this by e-mail.
For all reservation modifications through a channel website such as www.booking.com please deal directly with this channel website.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel your reservation outside 30 days of the booking date, (excluding non-refundable bookings) a full refund less £15 admin fee will be issued to the credit or debit card used to make your booking. Please allow 3 working days for a refund to reach your account.
For any reservations (excluding non-refundable) cancelled within 14 days prior to your arrival you will receive a 50% refund.
Any reservations cancelled within 14 days is non-refundable.

For all reservations made through a channel website such as www.booking.com, please deal directly with this channel website.
For all non-refundable reservations, the guest will be charged the total price for the reservation if they cancel at any time / or for any reason including cancellations made due to the COVID pandemic.
Rooms Accessible By
All of our rooms are accessible from 2pm.
You must vacate your room type on your departure day strictly by 11am. Full instructions will be given to you on your arrival day within your Speedy Self Check In details.
Speedy Self Check In
On the morning of your arrival day, you will receive your Speedy Self Check In details by text message and email.
Details included are:
- Front Door Entry Pass Code
- Key Retrieval Pass Code
- Directions To Room Type
- Check Out & Key Departure
All our rooms are listed correctly on www.churchillbrighton.com and channel websites such as www.booking.com. Photos and descriptions are updated regularly to ensure what you book is what you get.
All room only bookings are non-refundable.
In the case of the room you booked, not being available for any reason (unforeseen circumstances) we will attempt to modify your booking and relocate you to a different room. If this is not acceptable to you, refunds will only be issued at the owners discretion.
If you have made a reservation through www.churchillbrighton.com you will be redirected to our secure online booking system where you will need to follow the simple steps to make full payment.
By booking with Churchill Brighton either directly through www.churchillbrighton.com or through a channel website such as www.booking.com, you accept and agree to your e-mail address being stored in our e-mail server for future updates, discounts and special offers.

Penalty and Charges
Any damage or missing items will be charged accordingly (repairs and invoice will be produced by Churchill Brighton) to the card with which the accommodation was booked.
- Lost keys = £40
- In Room or Building Smoking = £500
In House Rules & Policies
All in-house rules and policies must be adhered to. Our rules and policies range of the following;
- There is a strict NON-SMOKING policy throughout the entire Guest House. You must vacate the property if you wish to smoke. Please ask staff members where the best place to smoke is;
- No damage to any part of the room, en-suite, facilities or any part of the Guest House throughout;
- No stains (makeup, food, drink or otherwise) on any bedding material, towels or surface;
- Any ignorance, abuse or otherwise to any staff member and/or guest within the premises;
- Noise levels must be kept to a minimum at all times of the day and night to ensure all guests are happy and comfortable;
If any of the above rules and policies are broken, you may be charged accordingly. Any picture evidence available to us will be taken as proof.
We will never pass any of your personal information on to third party companies. All information captured is for our use and purpose only.
All our content is 100% written by us and us only. No content nor these Policies have been copied from or in any way determined by another party.
